Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Marshall Cavendish Education will replace any products damaged due to shipping transit. You may request a replacement within7 days of receiving the items. Marshall Cavendish Education will also cover the shipping cost for replacing the item - this only applies to damaged items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.

You should expect to receive your new item(s) within seven business days after the item is received by Marshall Cavendish Education. 

If you have any other questions about replacing an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to replace. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. Please note that international shipping charges may apply.

When you place an order, we charge a flat rate of 10% shipping. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or via USPS.
